Condition:

This laptop is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition with only minor marks on the casing and some wear to the keyoard and touchpad. It also has a feint scuff line on the screen but this is only noticeable when the laptop is turned off. They do not affect the performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the bargain price.

The one you see photographed here is the one you will receive so please include the photos as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit. All laptops that come to us have the hard disc securely erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied.

We then do the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, free anti-virus and free anti-malware (essential for anyone using social networking!!) Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty

We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*.

All laptops have been thoroughly tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your expense and we will return it to you at ours.

*We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins. Most work for considerably longer. However, if you are in any doubt please contact us before you buy as the batteries are not covered by warranty as they are considered to be consumables

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured service next working day service** free of charge.

**Please note that 'next working day' applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and we cannot post until the Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for purchase and immediate collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card including AMEX.
