All equipment we sell come with a warranty, however the length of warranty is determined by what the item is.
Warranties are for the periods stated, and are RETURN TO BASE.
All equipment sold will come with a warranty unless the item is expressly described as sold without warranty.
Warranty details are as follows:-
Base units of £50 or below carry a return to base warranty of 30 days
Base units above £50 but below £80 will carry a warranty of 60 days
Base units above £80 carry a return to base warranty of 90 days.
Laptops of £80 or below carry a return to base warranty of 30 days. Warranty excludes batteries and chargers
Laptops above £80 carry a return to base warranty of 90 days. Warranty excludes batteries and chargers
Monitors carry a return to base warranty of 60 days
All peripherals carry a 30 day return to base warranty.
In the event of a problem please contact us first, it may be something we can resolve over the phone, if not, you will need to return the item to us at your own expense.
We have a quick turnaround policy and any warranty claims are dealt with as a matter of urgency. We will keep you informed throughout the process and once the warranty claim is dealt with, we will return the item to you at our expense.
PLEASE NOTE. IF YOU DO NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING TO US UNDER A WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE ENSURE THE ITEM IS PROPERLY PACKED, PREFERABLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY INADEQUATE PACKING AND/OR SHIPPING INSURANCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A WARRANTY CLAIM
