Shipping, Delivery and Returns

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE REGISTERED WILL PAYPAL. WE CANNOT DELIVER TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR ITEM DELIVERED TO A SHIPPING COMPANY THAT WILL SHIP THE ITEM ONTO YOU, WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ITEM BEYOND IT ARRIVING AT THE SHIPPING COMPANY. IF YOU DECIDE TO GO AHEAD WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THESE CONDITIONS.

We will post most items either by Royal Mail 2nd Class or by Parcelforce 24 (you can check the cost before you buy when you put the item in your basket). 

 

Postage is to UK mainland only.      

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday). 

If an item is ordered before 1pm we aim to send out the same day. However, we have a working showroom and workshop and so cannot always guarantee that. We aim to post within 24 hours of receiving the order UNLESS it is ordered on a Friday afternoon, over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday

All items are also available for viewing /collection/payment from our showroom in Bolton. If paying with Paypal the item must be delivered to the address on the Paypal payment.

We advise you to check the packaging when your goods are delivered. If there are signs of damage to the box - mark this on the delivery note and cross out any phrase that says the goods were received in good condition. If you sign for the goods and fail to cross out any statement saying you received the goods "In Good Condition" you will be liable for the damage. However unfair it may sound this is imposed by our courier in case of a claim. You are encouraged to open the goods in front of the delivery driver and check the status of the goods before signing.

All deliveries are Monday to Friday only unless otherwise stated

Opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 5.30pm; closed on Saturday and Sunday.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All our warranties are RTB (Return To Base ie bring it back to us)

In the unlikely event of a problem within your warranty period, please contact us by phone or email as it may be something we can resolve over the phone. If it has to come back to base you will need to return the item to us at your expense. 

We have a quick turnaround policy and any warranty claims are dealt with as a matter of urgency. We will keep you informed throughout the process and once the warranty claim is dealt with, we will return the item to you at our expense.

PLEASE NOTE. IF YOU DO NEED TO RETURN ANYTHING TO US UNDER A WARRANTY CLAIM, PLEASE ENSURE THE ITEM IS PROPERLY PACKED, PREFERABLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY INADEQUATE PACKING AND/OR INADEQUATE SHIPPING INSURANCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A WARRANTY CLAIM

You shall not be entitled to any refund or replacement of goods that are damaged if the defect arises because you fail to follow the manufacturered instructions as to use, installation, commissioning or maintenance of the goods or if you alter or repair such goods without our written consent. 

Any broken warranty seals on any items will void any warranty originally provided- no exceptions

GOODS BOUGHT IN THE SHOWROOM - REPAIRS & RETURNS:

If your goods besome faulty within the warranty period a repair will be carried out free of charge. This does not include software or any consumables such as batteries and/or chargers. 

We will endeavour to offer you a fast and efficient after sales service. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Goods, other than faulty goods, may not be retuned unless we agree that there is good reason for us to receive such goods back.

If we agree to accept these goods back into stock they are subject to a 20% handling fee. 

We recommend that you make full use of our sales team for advice prior to purchase.

REPAIRS/UPGRADES

We also accept repairs and upgrades outside of warranty and also for PCs/Laptops not supplied by ourselves. Please call or email the store for more details and/or quotes You will find us speedy, efficient and reasonably priced
