This particular system is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition with just minor scuffs on the casing. Please check out the photographs as the one you see is the one you will receive so the photographs should be included as part of the description. However, if you have any questions about the condition of this system please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is NOT covered by the warranty.

Please note that although this system has an internal card reader which is recognised as working within device manager, we have not tested it so we cannot warrant it.
Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional 32bit via downgrade rights from Windows 7 (with 7 certificate of authenticity attached).
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:
- Windows XP Professional 32 bit plus SP3
- Open-Office
- Adobe Reader
- K-Meleon (a search engine which still works with XP. However we do not recommend any XP machine for internet use at all)

Our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out.

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software. All PCs have been fully tested before being sent out. If a problem does arise within the first 90 days, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day** service free of charge.
**Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
