- All our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system.
This particular system is are in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition with only minor scuffs on the casing. The photographs you see here are of the one you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please feel free to contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.
Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional 32bit via downgrade rights from Windows 7 (with 7 COA on PC)

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the appropriate operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box!

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day** service.
*Please note all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
If you have a Zone 2 postcode please contact us before you buy. We will still be able to send you the item but there is likely to be a nominal carriage charge.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for viewing / collection / purchase from our showroom in Bolton.
If paying with Paypal the item must be delivered to the address on the Paypal payment no exceptions.
