Condition:

This particular PC is in excellent working order and reasonable cosmetic condition. It does have some noticeable scuffs on the front casing but but they are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance of the PC in any way. The photographs you see are of the one you will receive so form part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Although described as a 'Gamer' it is up to you to determine whether this PC meets the requirements for the game you intend to play.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with Windows XP Professional 32bit (SP3) with downgrade rights from original Windows 7 (with Windows 7 certificate of authenticity attached to PC).

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box!

K-Meleon - a search engine that still works with Windows XP to a degree. However we do not recommend any Windows XP PC for internet use at all.

All our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. There are some minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system. Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.

All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day** service free of charge.

**Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

If you have a zone 2 postcode please contact us before you buy. We should still be able to send you the item but there is likely to be a nominal carriage charge.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
