These systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out.
Condition
This particular computer is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition with only minor scuffs on the casing. Please see the photographs for more details as the pictures you see in the photographs are of the one you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition of the PC please feel free to contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.
Software

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! Full software specification is as follows:
- Windows XP Professional 32 bit plus SP3 from downgrade rights from Window 7 Pro (with 7 COA on the PC)
- Open-Office
- Adobe Reader
- K-Meleon - a search engine that still works to a degree on the internet. However we do not recommend internet use with Windows XP at all.

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty.
The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.
Postage
We will post the item using a next working day, fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge
*Please note all deliveries are Monday to Friday and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 11am, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
