This computer is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition with only a few scuffs/scratches to the casing as we have tried to show in the pictures. The photographs you see here areof the computer you will receive so please include them as part of the description. Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional from Windows 7 Professional COA- with downgrade rights.

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box!

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software. All PCs have been fully tested before being sent out. If a problem does arise within the first 60 days, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

*Please note that all deliveries apply to Monday to Friday only and do not include weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for purchase and immediate collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card and have over 100 PCs ready to go off the shelf!

Please note that if you use Paypal to purchase your item then we must deliver to the address registered with Paypal - NO EXCEPTIONS.
