Condition:
This particular system is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. It does have some scuffs on the casing - including a few on the glossy front - but they are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance of the PC in any way. The photographs you see here are of the one you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition of the PC please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by warranty.
Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional 32bit via downgrade rights from Windows 7 (with Windows 7 COA on the PC)
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied.
We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box!
We also install
Open Office - an open source office suite
Adobe Reader - a PDF reader
K-Meleon - a search engine powered by DuckDuck Go that still works to a degree with Windows XP . However we do not recommend any sort of internet use with Windows XP and cannot guarantee how long K-Meleon will continue to function
Condition:
All our PCs are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out.

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty.
The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage
We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.
* Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only. We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
If you have a zone 2 postcode please contact us before you buy. We should still be able to send the item to you but there is likely to by a nominal carriage charge.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for viewing / purchase / collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card.
