All our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out.

This particular system is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition with only minor scuffs/blemishes on the casing. The photographs you see here are of the one you will receive. However, if you have any queries, please ask before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

As you can see from the photos, this PC also has an internal card reader. We have not tested it for functionality so although it shows as working in device manager, we provide no warranty with this part of the PC at all.

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional 32bit via downgrade rights from Windows 7 Pro (with 7 certificate of authenticity attached).

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.

All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.

*All deliveries are Monday to Friday and do not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
