This laptop is in excellent working order and reasonable cosmetic condition with some blemishes on the casing/screen plus some noticeable wear to the mousepad and clickers. They are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance in any way but are reflected in the bargain price. Please see the photographs as they are of the one you will receive so form part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty

We supply this laptop with a 60 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**

All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

**We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 45-60 mins. Most will work for longer but we do not warrant batteries at all.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.

*Please note that deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day unless you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, when we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday when we would then post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / collection / purchase from our showroom in Bolton where we can take cash, debit or credit card.

If you pay with Paypal we must deliver to the address you have registered with Paypal - no exceptions.
