This laptop is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition.
There are a couple of minor scuffs and dents on the lid but they do not affect the performance in any way. The 1TB drive is very slightly noisy bit has been checked and passed as good health. The one you see in the photographs is the one you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please feel free to contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are NOT covered by the warranty.

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional via downgrade rights from Windows 7 with 7 COA on laptop.
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

Warranty
We supply this used laptop with a 60 day RTB (return to base) warranty.
The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*.
All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it to you at ours.
*We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 45-60 mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.
Postage:
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day service free of charge
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
If you have a zone 2 postcode please contact us before you buy. We should still be able to send you the item but there is likely to be a nominal carriage charge.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 12pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be a Tuesday)
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 12pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
