Condition:
These particular systems are in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. At some point they have had new vinyl wraps around the casing so there are only minor scuffs and/or a small dent noticeable.They also may not have the original rubber feet. However, these are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance in any way. As we have more than one available, please check out the photographs as they show different examples of the one you will receive so form part of the description. However, if you have any questions about the condition of this system please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

- Legacy PS2 ports for keyboard and mouse if preferred (they do show an exclamation mark in Device Manager but we have tested functionality of the PS2 ports and they work fine with both keyboard and mouse)
Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional 32bit via downgrade rights from Windows 7 (with 7 certificate of authenticity attached).
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:
- Windows XP Professional 32 bit plus SP3
- Open-Office
- Adobe Reader
- K-Meleon (a search engine powered by Duck Duck go which we find still works for now. However we do not recommend any XP machine for internet use)

Our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out.

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty.
The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.
*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for viewing / purchase / collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card.
