Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional 32bit from downgrade rights from Windows 7 with 7 COA on the PC.
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus, anti-malware, DVD playing and burning software. Full software specification is as follows:
- Windows XP Professional 32bit with SP3
- Open-Office
- Adobe Reader
- K-Meleon (a search engine that works to a degree with Windows XP - However we do not recommend internet use with any XP PC or laptop)
These systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system.
Condition
This particular system is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition with only minor blemishes on the casing. Please see the photographs here for more details as the pictures here are of the one you will receive so form part of the description. However if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please fee free to contact us before you buy.

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.
Postage
We will post the item using a next working day, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 12pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 12pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
