Condition:

This laptop is in excellent working order and reasonable cosmetic condition. There are some minor scuffs on the casing and wear to the keyboard/trackpad and there may also be some scuffs marks on the screen(which are only really noticeable when the laptop is off or on a black background) but they are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance in any way but are reflected in the bargain price! The photographs you see here are of the one you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However If you are in any doubt as to the condition of the laptop please contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional with license digitally embedded in the bios should you need to reinstall at any time.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, and anti-malware. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty

We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**.

All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it to you at ours.

**We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.
