Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Professional 64bit with Windows 10 license on the PC.

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus, anti-malware, DVD playing and burning software. Full software specification is as follows:

Windows 10 Professional 64bit
Windows Security Free Anti-Virus
Malware-Bytes Anti-Malware
Open-Office
Adobe Reader

All our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that affects the working of the system.

Condition

This particular system is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition with hardly any scuffs on the casing. Please see the photographs as they are of the one you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty. One of the WIFI aerials is also slightly loose.but that does not affect the signal received by the WIFI card.

Please note that this is a heavy system and we would therefore prefer it to be collected from the showroom.

However, if we do have to send it to you via a courier, although we will pack it to the best of our ability and expect it to arrive with you in good order, because we do not have the original box we cannot warrant the condition it will arrive with you in ie. if the case is damaged, we will not warranty that as a return and as such, the price reflects simply the cost of the Motherboard, Extreme CPU and Ram - essentially you are getting the other components free but with warranty apart from the case. If you are in any doubt, please contact us before you buy for clarification. The PC will be sent in the same condition you see it in now in the photos
