All our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system.

Condition:

These particular systems are in excellent working order and very good cosmetic condition with hardly any scuffs on the casing.Please checkout the photographs as they show different examples of the one you will receive so form part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software:

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional and all updates with license digitally embedded in the bios should you need to reinstall in the future.

If you would prefer Windows 10 please let us know at the time of purchase and we will install it instead before sending to you.

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats plus anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

All our items are supplied with a VAT invoice. The price here is inclusive of VAT.

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.

All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out. In the unlikely event that a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured 24hr* Parcelforce service free of charge.

*Please note that all our delivery services apply to Monday to Friday deliveries only and do not include any weekend deliveries

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / collection / purchase from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment bu cash, debit or credit card.

If paying with Paypal the item must be delivered to the address on the Paypal payment -NO EXCEPTIONS
