These are smart looking laptops in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. There is some minor wear to the palmrest and trackpad and some slight rubbing off of the black around the edges which we have tried to highlight in the photographs. These do not affect the performance of the laptops in any way but are reflected in the bargain price! As we have more than one available, the pictures show different examples of the one you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional with license digitally embedded in the bios should you wish to reinstall Windows in the future.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty

We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warranty software or batteries**.

All laptops are fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

**We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins. Most will work for considerably longer but we do not warrant batteries at all.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day, fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

* Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day unless you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, when we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday when we would then post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for purchase and immediate collection from our store in Bolton when we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card including AMEX

Any item purchased with PayPal must be delivered to the address on the PayPal payment - no exceptions
