This laptop is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition.It does have some wear to the keyboard and some minor marks on the lid. It does also have some very feintscuffs on the screen ( from the keyboard in transit) but these are only noticeable when the laptop is off or on a black screen We have tried to photograph them but the reflective nature makes it quite hard. They are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance in any way but have been reflected in the bargain price. The one you see photographed here is the one we will send you so please include the photos as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional with license digitally embedded in the bios should you want to reinstall in future.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty

We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*

All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

*We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins. Most will work for considerably longer but we do not warrant batteries at all.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day**, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

**Please note that next working day refers to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries.

We are unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

If your address is in a Zone 2 ' postcode please contact us before you buy as we may still be able to send the item to you but it will probably incur a carriage fee.

We will post the item within 1 working day unless you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, when we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday when we would then post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

If paying with Paypal we must deliver to the address you have registered with Paypal - NO EXCEPTIONS.
