This laptop is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition apart from the screen which has been classed as 'Grade B'. The keyboard keys have rubbed in transit and have created some scuffing marks on the screen. These are only noticeable when the laptop is tuned off or on a dark screen. There is also a small white mark within the screen at the bottom right hand side. We have taken photos of both of these issues. They are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the bargain price! Please check out the photographs as they are of the one you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional (with licence embedded into the bios should you need to reinstall it at any time).
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:
- Genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit (plus all updates to the point of sending to the customer).

Warranty:
We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*.
All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it at ours.
*We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60 mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day** service.
**Please note that 'next working day' only applies to Monday to Friday deliveries and does not include weekend or Bank holiday deliveries
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday.
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 12pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
