This smart, neat laptop is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. There is slight wear to the keyboard/trackpad and only a few slight blemishes on the casing. They are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the bargain price! The one you see photographed here is the one you will receive so please include the photos as part of the description. However if you are in any doubt as to the condition please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty

We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only. We do not warrant software or batteries.

All laptops have been fully tested before listing and again before being sent out.

**We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins. Most will work for considerably longer but we do not warrant batteries at all.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday and do not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

If you have a zone 2 postcode, please contact us before you buy. We should still be able to send the item to you but there is likely to be a nominal carriage charge.

We will post the item within 1 working day unless you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, when we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday when we would then post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

If paying with Paypal we must deliver to the address you have registered with Paypal - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Item is also available for purchase collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card.
