This good looking laptop is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition.It has only minor scuffs on the lid and no noticeable wear to the keyboard or mousepad.However, it does have a feint scuff line on the screen. This is only really noticeable when the laptop is off or on a black screen and does not affect the performance in any way but is reflected in the bargain price.The photographs you see here are of the one you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional with license digitally embedded in the bios should you widh to reinstall Windows in the future.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied.

We then do the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats and anti-malware software.

Warranty

We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warranty software or batteries **.

All laptops have been fully tested before listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise within the first 90 days, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

**We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins. Most will work for considerably longer but we do not warrant batteries at all.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.

*All deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

If you have a zone 2 postcode, please contact us before you buy. We should still be able to send you the item but there is likely to be a carriage charge.

We will post the item within 1 working day unless you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, when we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday when we would then post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for purchase and immediate collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card and have over 50 laptops on display!

Any item purchased with PayPal must be delivered to the address on the PayPal payment - no exceptions
