All our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system.

These particular systems are in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition with only very minor scuffs on the casing. The photographs you see show different examples of the one you will receive so please include them as park of the description. However, if you are in any doubts as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit with license digitally embedded in the bios should you wish to reinstall Windows in future

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats plus anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.

All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for priority repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service.

* Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

If you have a zone 2 postcode please contact us before you buy. We should still be able to send you the item but there is likely to be a nominal carriage charge.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for purchase from our store in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card.

If paying with Paypal the item must be delivered to the address on the Paypal payment - no exceptions
