Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit with license digitally embedded in the bios in case you need to reinstall in the future.

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

All our PCs are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. If you are in any doubt as to the condition of the PC please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by warranty.

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.

All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured 24hour* service free of charge.

*Please note that 24hour applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for purchase and immediate collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card.
