This laptop is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. It has only slight wear to the keyboard/mouse pad and minor scuffs on the casing. They are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance in any way but are reflected in the bargain price. Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Home with license embedded in the bios.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied.

We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software.

Warranty

We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*.

All laptops have been fully tested before being sent out.

*We provide no warranty with batteries but check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60 mins. Most will last significantly longer than that but we do no warrant them at all.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day**, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.

**Please note that this means Monday to Friday deliveries and does not include any weekend deliveries

Postage is to UK mainland only. We are unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
