This is an excellent quality, professional system which is fast for business applications, internet use and is ideal for home use too.
These particular computers are in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition apart from a few scuffs on the casing. Please see our photographs for closer details. As we have more than one aailable, the phtographs you see here show examples of the one one you will receive so please include the photos as part of the description .However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit with digital license embedded in the bios should you wish to reinstall in the future
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

These systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out.

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty.
The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software. All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event that a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured 24hour* service.
Please not that all delivery services apply to Monday to Friday deliveries only and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Hoilday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
