These are excellent quality, professional systems which are fast for business applications, internet use and are ideal for home/student use too
These PCs are in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. They do have some scuffing on the side panels of the casing but they are purely cosmetic and do not affect the great performance of the PCs in any way but are reflected in the bargain price. As we have more than one available, the photographs you see show different examples of the one one we will send you so form part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit with license digitally embedded in the bios should you need to reinstall in future.
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

All our PCs are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. There are some very minor small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system. If you are in any doubt as to the condition of the PC please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by warranty.

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured 24hour* service free of charge.
*Please note that 24hour applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for viewing / collection / purchase from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card.
