Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Professional with license digitally embedded in the bios and Windows 10 Pro Refurbisher license on the casing

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. All systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software. All PCs have been fully tested before being sent out. If a problem does arise within the first 90 days, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your expense and we will return it to you at ours. We also offer value for money service/repairs after the warranty has expired

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day, fully tracked and insured service. Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Hoilday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / purchase / collection from our showroom in Bolton.

If purchased using Paypal we must deliver to the address registered with Paypal - no exceptions.
