Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional with license digitally embedded in the bios should you wish to reinstall Windows in the future.
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software.

These systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out.
These particular computers are in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition. There are some very minor scuffs on the sides of the cases but nothing that affects their performance. As we have more than one available please see the photographs for more details as they are fully representative of the one you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However if you are in any doubt please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty,

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.
Postage
We will post the item using a next working day, fully tracked and insured 24hour*service free of charge.
*Please note that deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
If you have a zone 2 postcode please contact us before you buy. We should still be able to send you the item but there is likely to be a carriage charge.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is available for purchase and immediate collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card including AMEX.
Please note that if you pay with Paypal we MUST deliver to the address registered with Paypal - no exceptions.
