This laptop is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition. There is no wear to the keyboard/mouse pad and only a few minor scuffs on the casing. The charger is a bit scuffed as we have shown in the photos.. The photographs you see here are of the one you will receive so please include the photos as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetics are NOT covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit with license embedded in the bios should you ever want to reinstall Windows.
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software.

Warranty
We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**.
All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage costs and we will return it to you at ours.
**We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60 mins. Most last considerably longer but as we consider batteries to be a consumable we do not give any warranty with them.If you are in any doubt please contact us before you buy.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.
*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
If you have a zone 2 postcode, please contact us before you buy. We should still be able to send the item to you but there is likely to be a nominal carraige charge.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for purchase and immediate collection from our Bolton showroom, where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card including AMEX.
