All our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system.

This particular system is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition with only a few scuffs/scratches on the casing. It is missing the front cover for the drive bays, and one of the drive bays does not sit perfectly (but we have checked that still works fine) but these are purely cosmetic issues ad do not affect the performance in any way but are reflected in the bargain price!

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional with licence digitally embedded in the bios should you need to reinstall in future.

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats plus anti-virus and anti-malware software.

Warranty

We supply this PC with a 90 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software. All pcs have been fully tested before being sent out. In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If a problem cannot be resolved over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your cost and we will return it to you at ours.
