This laptop is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition with only slight wear to the keyboard/trackpad and minor scuffs on the casing. However, it does have a small part of the plastic base missing around 3 of the ports on the RHS and also some minor scuffing on the screen which are only really noticeable when the laptop is off. These are purely cosmetic issues and do not affect the great performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the absolute bargain price for a Core i9 Laptop! The one you see here in the photographs is the actual one you will receive so please include the photographs as part of the description.
However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Home with license embedded in the bios should you need to reinstall at any time.
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software.

Warranty
We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**.
All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it to you at ours.
**We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy. Please note that as this laptop/mobile workstation has a resource hungry processor and graphics card we do not recommend it for use simply on the battery for long periods as it would be better plugged in. If this is an issue for you please do not buy or contact us BEFORE you do.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.
*Please note that all our deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday.)
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Please note that if you pay by Paypal we must deliver to the address registered with Paypal - NO EXCEPTIONS.
