This is an excellent quality, fast, neat All-in-One PC with a multitude of uses.

These particular AIOs are in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition with only very minor scuffs on the casing/base. SAs we have more than one available, the photographs you see are fully representative of the computer you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please get in touch with us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is NOT covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional with license digitally embedded in the bios should you need to reinstall in the future.

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

These systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. There are some minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system. Postage

Due to the weight and fragility of these items (screen in particular) and the fact that we do not have the original boxes, these are 'buy in the showroom only' items.

Sadly any online orders will be cancelled and refunded minus our Paypal costs.

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.

All PCs have been fully tested before being listed.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair and then collected from the showroom after.

We also offer great value for money service/repairs after the warranty has expired
