This is a good quality, smart looking laptop with a slim bezel. It is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. Although it has no noticeable wear to the keyboard or touchpad, it does have some noticeable scuffs and marks on the lid. However, these are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the bargain price! The photographs you see here are of the laptop you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit with license embedded in the bios should you ever wish to reinstall Windows in the future.
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty
We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**
All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it to you at ours.
**We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service.
*All deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries at all.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
If you have a zone 2 postcode please contact us before you buy. We should still be able to send you the laptop but there is likely to be a carriage charge.
We aim to get items out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day so for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be send on a Tuesday.
We welcome viewing/purchasing/collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit card or credit card including AMEX.
