These laptops in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. They do have some minor scuffing on the lid and slight shine to the keys/trackpad but this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the great performance of the laptops in any way but are reflected in the bargain price! The photographs you see here show different examples of the one you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional with license digitally embedded in the bios should you need to reinstall in future.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus, anti-malware

Warranty

We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it at ours.

**We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge

*Please note that next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

If you have a zone 2 potcode please conttact us before you buy. We will probably still be able to send you the item but there is likely to be a carriage charge.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday after 1pm, we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / purchase / collection from our Bolton showroom where we can take cash, debit or credit card payments.

If purchased using Paypal we must deliver to the address you have registered with Paypal - no exceptions.
