Condition:
This laptop is in excellent working order and reasonable cosmetic condition. Although it has no noticeable wear to the keyboard/trackpad it does have some marks on the lid and also some scuffs on the screen. These are only really noticeable when the laptop is off. They are purely cosmetic issues and do not affect the fantastic performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the bargain price.
The photographs you see here are of the laptop you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional with license digitally embedded in the bios should you want to reinstall at a later date.
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware.

Warranty
We supply this laptops with a 90 day RTB warranty.
The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*.
All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return to you at ours.
*We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins but do not warrant them.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day service.
* Please note that deliveries are from Monday to Friday only and we do NOT include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be a Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for viewing/collection/purchase from our Bolton showroom, where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card including Amex
