Smart looking, ultra slim laptop. Quality look and feel.

This laptop is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition. It has just one very small crease on the lid and a few scuffs near the 'on' button. Please checkout the photos as the one you see here is the one you will receive. However, if you have any questions please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Home with digital license embedded in the bios should you wish to reinstall Windows in the future.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware.

Warranty

We supply this laptops with a 90 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries.**

All laptops have been fully tested before being sent out.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return to you at ours.

**We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day, fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

*Please note that next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

If you have a zone 2 postcode please contact us before you buy. We should still be able to send you the item but there is likely to be a nominal carriage charge.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Please note that if you purchase this item using Paypal we must deliver to the address registered with Paypal - no exceptions
