This laptop is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition. It ha no noticeable wear to the keyboard/trackpad and only a slight shadow mark and a couple of tiny scuffs on the lid.The one you see in the photographs is the one you will receive so please use the photos as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Home 64bit with licence digitally embedded in the bios should you need to reinstall in the future.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware.

Warranty

We supply this laptops with a 90 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*.

All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

If a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return to you at ours.

*We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins. Most work for significantly longer but we do not warrant them as they are classed as a consumable.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day**, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.

**Please note deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS. We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday.

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
