Condition:
This smart, neat laptop is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. It has a tiny blemish on the palmrest but also a couple of dents on the lid and a feint scuff on the screen that has been impossible to capture in the photographs. These do not affect the great performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the bargain price.
The photographs you see are of the one you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit with license embedded in the bios should you wish to reinstall Windows in the future.
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, free anti-virus and free anti-malware

Warranty
We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB warranty.
The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**.
All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event that a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.
**We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins and most work for significantly longer. However,they are considered to be a consumable and as such carry no warranty.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured 24hour* service free of charge.
*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and we cannot post until the Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for purchase and immediate collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take cash, debit or credit card including AMEX.
We provide a VAT invoice with all items we sell.
If the purchase is made by Paypal then we MUST send it to the address registered with Paypal - no exceptions
