All our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system.

These particular systems are in excellent condition with only very minor scuffs to the casing. As we have more than one of these available, the photographs you see here are fully representative of the one you will receive.

If you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Professional and all updates

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats plus anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

All our items are supplied with a VAT invoice. The price here is inclusive of VAT.

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software. All PCs have been fully tested before being sent out. In the unlikely event that a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

*Please note that next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

If paying with Paypal the item must be delivered to the address on the Paypal payment -NO EXCEPTIONS
