These particular laptops are in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition apart from a few blemishes on the casing. These do not affect the performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the bargain price!

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty

We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty excluding any cosmetic issues mentioned. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries. All laptops have been fully tested before being sent out. We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 45-60 mins. In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it at ours.

*We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 45-60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured economy service. You are welcome to upgrade to a 24hr* service for just £1.99 (see postage tab)

*Please note that all our deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be posted on a Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for purchase and immediate collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card and have around 60 laptops on display!!
