These laptops are in excellent working order and resonable cosmetic condition. They will have some minor blemishes on the lid and internal casing. However these are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance of the laptop in any way buy are reflected in the bargain price!

As we have more than one available the photographs you see are of examples of the one you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

 

 

Item is sold pre-loaded with Windows 7 Professional 32 bit with certificate of authenticity attached

All PCs have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do any software updates and pre-install the drivers so the PC is ready to go out of the box!

 

We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries. All laptops have been fully tested before being sent out. We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it at ours. 

*We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.

 We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
