Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Home 64bit with license embedded in the bios (plus the original Windows 7 COA still attached to the case)
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus, anti-malware, DVD playing and burning software. Full software specification is as follows:

These systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs, scratches or dents on the casing, but nothing that affects the working of the system.
This particular PC is in excellent working order and reasonably good condition cosmetically - with just a few scuffs/dents on the casing.

However, if you are in any doubt as to the cosmetic condition please contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being sent out.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured 24hour* service free of charge
*Please note that 24hour applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for viewing / collection / purchase from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card.
If you use Paypal to purchase your item we MUST send it to the address you have registered with Paypal - NO EXCEPTIONS
