All our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system.

These particular systems are in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition with only minor scuffs on the casing (including a few on the glossy black top panel at the front) As we have more than one available, the photographs you see here are fully representative of the one you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Home 64bit and all updates with license embedded in the bios should you need to reinstall at any time.

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats plus anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.

All PCs are fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us at your carriage expense and we will repair and return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

*Please note that next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / collection / purchase from our showroom in Bolton.

If paying with Paypal the item must be delivered to the address on the Paypal payment.
