Condition:

Thes particular laptops/tablets are in great condition with no major wear to the keyboard or mousepad and only minor scuffs on the lid. They may also have very slight dust particles behind the touchscreen but these are only really visible when the screen is off and do not affect their performance in any way. The photographs you see here are of actual examples of the one you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition of the laptop please contact us before you buy as the cosmtic condition is not covered by the warranty.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware.

Warranty

We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**. All laptops have been fully tested before being sent out.

**We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 30-45mins. Most will work for considerably longer but we do not warrant batteries at all.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise within the first 90 days, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured economy service which you are welcome to upgrade to a next working day* service for just £1.99

* Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day unless you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, when we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday when we would then post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
