Condition:
This touchscreen laptop is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition apart from a minor dent and scuff on the lid and a small crease near the right hand back corner of the base. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect the great performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the bargain price! The photographs here are of the actual one you will receive so please include them as part of the description.
However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional. *If you would prefer Windows 10 Professional please let us know at the time of purchase and we will install that instead. (This will not affect your ability to update to Windows 11 at a later date. )
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty
We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**
All laptops are fully tested before being listed and then again begore being sent out.
**We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60 mins. Most will work for considerably longer but we do not warrant batteries at all.
In the unlikely event that a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.
Postage
We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.
*Please note that deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day unless you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, when we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday when we would then post on a Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
If you pay with Paypal we must deliver to the address you have registered with Paypal - no exceptions.
Item is also available for viewing / collection / purchase from our showroom in Bolton where we can take cash, debit or credit card and have over 50 laptops on display!
