This is an excellent specification good quality laptop in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition. There is no noticeable wear to the keyboard or trackpad and only minor blemishes on the casing - some wear around the edges and a few scuffs on the lid. They are purely cosmetic and do not affect the performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the bargain price! Please checkout the photographs as the one you see here is the one you will receive. If you are in any doubt as to the condition please contact us before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied.

We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software.

Warranty

We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*.

All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise please contact us by phone or email first as many issues can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix things over the phone then you can send it back to us at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

*We provide no warranty with batteries but check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60 mins. Please contact us before you buy if this is an issue for you

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.

*Please note that this means Monday to Friday deliveries and does not include any weekend deliveries

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing/collection/purchase from our Bolton showroom, where we have around 60 laptops on display!!
