Condition:

This particular laptop is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition with no noticeable wear to the keyboard or mousepand and only a few minor scuffs on the lid. It does have a hairline crack on the bezel surrounding the monitor but that is purely cosmetic and does not affect the performance in any way but is reflected in the bargain price! Please check out the pictures as the one you see here is the one you will receive. If you are in any doubt as to the cosmetic condition of the laptop please contact us BEFORE YOU BUY as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Pro with license digitally embedded in the bios should you ever need to reinstall it.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware. Warranty

We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**

All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way. If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

**We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins. Most will work for considerably longer but we do not warrant batteries at all.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.

All deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day unless you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, when we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday when we would then post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing /purchasing/ collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card.

Any item purchased with PayPal must be delivered to the address on the PayPal payment - no exceptions
