Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit (license embedded in bios). *If you would prefer Windows 10 please let us know at the time of purchase and we will install that instead for you free of charge.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, free anti-virus and free anti-malware

Warranty

We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries.

All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins and most work for significantly longer. However,they are considered to be a consumable and as such carry no warranty.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and we cannot post until the Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / collection / purchase from our showroom in Bolton where we can take cash, debit and credit cards.

If the purchase is made by Paypal then we MUST send it to the address registered with Paypal - no exceptions
