This is a high quality, good looking full HD Dell Monitor with an 'ultrathin' bezel and IPS technology

It has height, tilt and swivel to portrait features

It has VGA, Display Port and HDMI Connectivity.

These particular ones are 'Grade A' screens (see below for our gradings). They may have minor scuffs on the stand and /or plastic but nothing affecting the screen.

Grades

All our used monitors are fully tested before being offered for sale. During this testing procedure we "grade" the screen based on its condition. Our grades are as follows:

Grade A - Good condition, no noticeable marks on the screen, may have a dead pixel (as might a new screen) may have minor cosmetic marks on the casing. Good working order. Overall will be in good condition but may show some signs of use.

Grade A Minus - Good condition but will have a small scratch or mark on the screen. The stand and/or casing may also have cosmetic marks. Good working order and blemishes do not affect viewing greatly.

Grade B - Reasonable condition, may have noticeable marks on the screen such as pressure points, scratches or groups of dead pixels. Casing may have cosmetic marks. Good working order. Overall perfectly usable but not in perfect condition.

Grade C - Poor condition, may have lines down the screen, deep scratches or other faults - but still usable (we use Grade C screens around the workshop for example). Overall poor condition but still usable.

Warranty

We fully test and grade each monitor prior to dispatch.

We also provide you with a 60 day RTB warranty.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, you can post the screen back to us at your carriage cost and we will repair or replace then post it back to you at our cost ( or refund you if either of the afore mentioned is not possible)

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured 24hr* service free of charge

*Please note that all deliveries apply to Monday to Friday deliveries only and do not include any weekend deliveries

*We will post the item within 1 working day. For example, if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday we will post on a Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday)

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise it will be sent next business day.
